Neil Smith (community/social enterprise guru based in Nowa Nowa) and I went to The Crunch information session today.(Run by Social Traders).
We are a bit excited about the prospect of a fruit & arts led recovery for East Gippsland 🙂
The info was great, and I think we can meet a lot of the criteria – just need to work on the business plan a bit. (Thanks for the prod, Amelie!)
Oh and make our art. (We’ve got the fruit).
(Oh, we’ve done some GREAT art – but, we need a little more to truly call it an arts led recovery) 🙂
I’m specially pleased to see that Creative Clunes (Booktown), got its kick from The Crunch.
So, can’t help thinking they are our sort of people. Fingers crossed.
